So in a mob of people rather then having to tab or click on a new target when one dies it will automatically target the closest harmful npc and hit it with what ever you have it macoed to use. For example If I'm on my paladin I can hit an attack ability like judgement and it'll target and get used on an enemy I'm close enough to instead of having to target them then use it, but I just made a new character and can't do that any more.
